You might know Chris Hadfield from his awesome twitter posts about life on the Space Station, you might know him from his music videos, or you may have read one of his books.  No matter how you know him, you probably know that Chris Hadfield is awesome.

Chris knows that research is the foundation of innovation.  Research is what allowed space travel to happen in the first place and investigation of the unknown is the mission of space travel.  It’s research that discovered the possibility of water on Mars.  It’s research that is discovering the composition of meteors or the purpose of the supermassive black holes at the centre of every galaxy.
